These are our standard prices. They are not a teaser rate and they do not go up when we arrive. If a job is unusual we will say so before we book it.
End of tenancy

That is the whole property: kitchen units inside and out, bathrooms and limescale, skirtings, doors, and the floors last. The oven is an add-on at £31 when it is booked with the clean.
The 48 hour re-clean
Every end of tenancy clean comes with it. Should the check-out report flag anything we cleaned, let us know within 48 hours and we return to put it right at no charge. It covers our cleaning, not damage or wear that was there before.

Regular cleaning

Visits are three hours at least, so a weekly clean is £69. No call-out charge, and the price is final. Ironing is £12 an hour if you want it.
One off deep clean
A different job from the weekly visit, and a team one: £26 per cleaner per hour, minimum two cleaners for three hours, plus £30 for equipment and detergents. That puts the realistic minimum at £186. Three cleaners for three hours is £264.
Minimum charge
£67 on one off work. It rarely applies, because most jobs clear it, but a single carpet room on its own would hit it. Regular hourly cleaning is exempt.
