Here is what happens to your personal details when you get in touch with us about a clean.
What we ask for
If you use the quote form or phone us, we take your name, phone number and the postcode of the property, plus your email address and notes about the job if you choose to give them. Nothing more is collected.
What it is used for
We use it to give you a quote, to book the clean and to keep in touch with you about that booking. The legal basis is the steps you have asked us to take before entering a contract, followed by our legitimate interest in running the job.
Retention
If an enquiry does not become a booking, its details are deleted after 12 months. Records of finished jobs are kept for six years, as we may need them for tax purposes or to resolve a dispute.
Who has access
Your details are seen by the office team and by the cleaners allocated to your booking. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to marketing companies. Our website runs on a third-party host, and anything sent through the form goes securely to our booking system.

You may ask to see the information we hold on you, to correct it, or to have it erased. Ring 01442 790217 and we will take care of it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
